Women's Empowerment Programs

If your organization is like many, it recognizes the value of diversity and inclusion and is setting goals to bring about gender equality.  One of the best ways to do this is by offering training and development programs aimed at providing women with the skills and tools they need to succeed. 

There is no better way to demonstrate that you value their contributions than by allocating money and time towards helping the women in your organization grow their competence and confidence in vital areas like peak performance practices, emotional intelligence, leadership, communication and self-promotion.

“The Imposter Syndrome: What is it and How Might it be

Impacting Your Career?”


  • Have you ever agonized over making even the smallest mistakes?

  • Have you attributed your success to outside factors?

  • Do you feel like you HAVE to work harder than everyone else?

  • Do you worry you will inevitably be found out as a phony?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, you may have experienced the Imposter Syndrome which often affects high-achievers and refers to the internal experience of believing you are not as competent as others perceive you to be.


Many of us have answered yes to these questions somewhere along the paths of our careers. These limiting thoughts often pop up when we challenge ourselves to step out of our comfort zones and try new things.

A surprising level of accomplished women in all career paths and at every level feel as though they are faking it – imposters in their own lives and careers.

During this interactive program, participants will:

  • Learn what the Imposter Syndrome is

  • Discuss how it may be impacting their career

  • Examine strategies for overcoming the Imposter Syndrome

  • Participate in empowerment exercises

  • Commit to doing one thing different based on what was learned in the program

3 Pointers for Peak Performance – Covid-19 has disproportionately affected women adding stress and other burdens to their lives.  Participants will learn strategies for addressing these extra challenges and what it takes to thrive in their lives and careers. They will learn what peak performance is and discuss the state they need to be in to achieve it (hint: it’s not burnout). We’ll also take a look at the science behind optimal performance so attendees can harness it now and when the pandemic finally ends.

The Leadership Challenge for Women -The Leadership Challenge is a global campaign to liberate the leader in every woman. This program is designed to help female professionals develop the leadership skills to take their careers to the next level. Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner have spent over 30 years gathering evidence on exactly what great leaders actually do. They've distilled that evidence into five clearly defined practices that anyone can follow to get breakthrough results and make an enormous contribution. When they Take The Leadership Challenge your team will discover the 5 Practices of Exemplary Leadership:

Empowering Women – This interactive program has been designed to help women navigate the tightrope between being seen as too ambitious or too nurturing. It provides practical tips for responding to dis-empowering comments or requests and is very interactive. Participants have the opportunity to discuss their experiences around this important topic and leave with a toolkit of empowering actions they can take.

#IAmRemarkable – This workshop is aimed at empowering women and underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. Self-promotion skills are necessary for anyone who wants to get ahead in work and life. This program explores the self-promotion challenge that many individuals face and gives participants the opportunity to practice this important skill.
