Janine Friedman is the owner and founder of Choice Training and Coaching Solutions, Inc. She launched her business in 2013 after years of observing how happy and healthy employees were also the most successful at work. Her mission became to inspire and empower individuals to live their best lives. As a coach and trainer, Janine focuses on helping clients make positive choices and take action to achieve their goals. Highly skilled at bringing out the best in employees and individuals, she has the rare ability to make clients feel at ease and more open to reaching their full potential. She assists clients in uncovering their blind spots and overcoming obstacles so they no longer feel “stuck” in their lives and can move forward in their careers.

Developing leaders for over 25 years, Janine’s customized system of coaching is tailored to each client’s specific personality, background and needs. Drawing on her complementary blend of experience in human resources, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), corporate upskilling and coaching, and women’s empowerment, she is able to guide clients in making long-lasting, meaningful change. An engaging and inspirational speaker, her coaching and training programs are both educational and memorable. She excels at delivering her message with enthusiasm and clarity, resulting in better learning and deeper understanding. Her clients see her as a full partner supporting their path to success, helping them better handle stress, build their confidence, and strengthen their relationships at work and home.

 

Janine is passionate about supporting women who are struggling to achieve success in the workplace and in life. She is able to provide the tools necessary to help women develop competence and confidence as well as explore behaviors that may be holding them back. She has presented a program on overcoming imposter syndrome to several professional women’s groups and at corporate conferences with very positive results.

Prior to launching Choice Training and Coaching Solutions, Janine served as Director of Training and Coaching for Open Arms and Employee Support Network EAP. She was also Vice President of Human Resources for a large independent broker-dealer.

Always ready to go the distance for her clients, family, and friends, Janine has run the Philadelphia marathon and competed in triathlons and Tough Mudder events. She also loves to spend a day out on the golf course or at the beach. Janine resides with her family in Plainview, New York and enjoys taking family trips, practicing daily meditation, and working out with her husband.
