In this coaching and upskilling program, you'll learn how to build confidence, address common challenges, identify your goals, maximize your performance, and cultivate your own leadership style and philosophy.

Twelve one-on-one sessions

Over the 6-Month program, you will meet with me every-other week for 50 minutes (via zoom, phone, or in person) for a total of twelve sessions.

Together we will formulate a customized, guided and strategic plan of action to reach your greatest aspirations in your career and life.

Exercises, assessments, and additional resources

Throughout the program, you'll be given assessments, suggested reading material, exercises, guidance, coaching, insights and more.  You'll gain a good understanding of where you are starting from, where you want to go, and the metrics to see how far our coaching together takes you.

So that you can get the most out of each session, session prep and session feedback forms will be provided throughout your journey. This will allow us to hit the ground running in each and every session and maximize our time together.

You'll also be able to reach me outside of our sessions to share any challenges, wins, or questions along the way.
